29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 114 9th St., Belmar, NJ: On or about 07/18/18, four Ukone General Construction LLC employees were installing structural framing members and roof sheathing on a three story single family residence without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 25 feet to the ground below.
