OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  (a) on or about 6/27/2018, in the back lot of SOMAR, Coos Bay, Oregon, a worker was exposed to crushing hazards when a Forklift was observed being operated in an unsafe manner in that the operator was not wearing a seatbelt.
