(a) Worksite On or about 7/25/2018, the employer did not ensure that regular safety inspections were being performed to identify and correct conditions in the worksite. Ahlborg Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1215299, citation numbers 002, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/11/2017, with respect to workplaces located at 973 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket RI 02860.
