29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting was not provided to all employees upon initial employment, and at least annually thereafter. A.) Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #4903, 2205 West State Street, New Castle PA, 16101, on or about July 24, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees are provided with multi-purpose dry chemical fire extinguishers at the establishment. The employees have not been trained on the proper selection and use of the portable fire extinguishers, or the company's total evacuation policy.
