29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment:  On or about October 31, 2018 three employees sampled were exposed to eight-hour time-weighted average formaldehyde exposures of 0.1556 ppm, 0.0986 ppm and 0.1581 ppm  at the 140 Etowah Industrial Court site in Canton, Georgia where the employer's hazard communication training did not effectively inform employees of the operations where this chemical hazard was present.
