29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On or about 7/12/2018 - KVP Shop, employees were operating unguarded shop tools such as a Clausing 15 Drill Press exposing them to rotating parts. b) On or about 7/12/2018 - KVP Shop, employees were operating unguarded shop tools such as a Grizzly Lathe exposing them to point of operation and rotating parts. c) On or about 7/12/2018 - KVP Shop, employees were operating unguarded shop tools such as Bridgeport and Jet Milling Machines exposing them to rotating parts.
