29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): The employer did not ensure that operators kept the Powered Industrial Truck under control at all times: (a) On or about 02/16/2022 and at times prior to, 3588 Bibbville Road Woodstock Road, AL 35188 - North American Central Warehouse at the shift change table, employees working at the table were exposed to struck-by hazards when the equipment was positioned facing the shift change table by the operators.
