29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. a. Located at 1391 Leesland Drive in Westerville, Ohio: On or about July 26, 2018, an employee was installing vinyl siding from a pump jack scaffold without an effective fall protection system. The scaffold did not have mid-rail protection across the backside of the platform and the open end did not have railings, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately fourteen feet.
