B.)  Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #7705, 5051 Peach Street, Erie, PA  16509, office / backroom area across from restrooms, on or about July 26, 2018 and times prior thereto:  The flexible cord of a relocatable power tap was plugged into another relocatable power tap and was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, a microwave and refrigerator.  The flexible cord / relocatable power tap were being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.    Dollar General Corporation, Store #3627 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283802, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2222 Texoma Parkway, Sherman TX  75090.
