Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #7705, 5051 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509, office, on or about July 26, 2018 and times prior thereto: A relocatable power tap was plugged into an electrical receptacle and was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, a second relocatable power tap. The second relocatable power tap that was plugged into first relocatable power tap was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, an Emerson MW7300W microwave (S/N: 005164889MM) and Magic Chef 18EYW-2 refrigerator (S/N: 010514038). The second relocatable power tap was not listed and labeled for use in that the second relocatable power tap was series connected / daisy chained to the first relocatable power tap.

Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #7705, 5051 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509, office, on or about July 26, 2018 and times prior thereto: An electrical receptacle that was powering equipment including, but not limited to, a relocatable power tap, was not equipped with a cover plate. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105836, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 34300 MS-30, Vaiden, MS 39176.

Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #7705, 5051 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509, office / backroom area across from restrooms, on or about July 26, 2018 and times prior thereto: The flexible cord of a relocatable power tap was plugged into another relocatable power tap and was running through a hole in the wall. The relocatable power tap was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, an Emerson MW7300W microwave (S/N: 005164889MM) and Magic Chef 18EYW-2 refrigerator (S/N: 010514038). B.) Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #7705, 5051 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509, office / backroom area across from restrooms, on or about July 26, 2018 and times prior thereto: The flexible cord of a relocatable power tap was plugged into another relocatable power tap and was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, a microwave and refrigerator. The flexible cord / relocatable power tap were being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. Dollar General Corporation, Store #3627 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283802, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2222 Texoma Parkway, Sherman TX 75090.
