29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) 11 Providence Court, Lumberton, NJ:  On or about July 28, 2018 2 Brutus Construction Inc. employees were conducting sheathing work on the roof of a new construction two story residence.  The employees were not using fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.   The employer, Brutus Construction Inc ., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290726, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Pollock Court, Berlin, NJ.  The employer, Brutus Construction Inc ., was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1315214, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2-16 Lenox Ct., Piscataway, NJ.
