29 CFR 1960.30(a):  The Agency did not ensure prompt abatement of unsafe and unhealthful conditions:   Marine Corps Exchange (MCX): On or about July 26, 2018, MCX Safety Manager did not notify employees of dust hazards being introduced into their work centers prior to the flooring pre-construction. Employees were exposed to dust hazards such as, but not limited to, calcium carbonate, portland cement and calcium sulfate.
