29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) 1915 Shady Oak Road, Mt. Joy PA - Employees were observed conducting roofing operations on a steep residential roof and were not protected from an approximate 20 foot fall hazard to the ground below, on or about July 12, 2018.    WGM Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982317, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1645 East Thistle Drive, Wyomissing PA 19610.    WGM Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979092, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1717 Dauphin Avenue, Wyomissing PA 19610.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.  Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
