29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed.  Electrical shop, on or about 25 July 2018 and times prior thereto; a 208 volt energized electrical panel board labeled L-J-2 was missing a knockout plug on the lower left hand side of the box. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and electrical burn hazard.  The Air National Guard, 168th Wing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1135999, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 04 May 2016, with respect to a workplace located at the Air National Guard, 168th Wing at Eielson Air Force Base, AK.
