29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members are installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system as follows when there is not a wall or parapet that is at least 21 inches (53 cm) high:   Maintenance Garage - Employees were not protected from falling while when accessing the 2nd level mezzanine. The guardrails on the mezzanine did not include a midrail exposing a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  NPC Warehouse - Emergency Eyewash Station was not available near the power industrial truck charging station. The powered industrial truck is battery operated and was being charged at the time of inspection.

Room 220 -  Two  "UL" listed relocatable power taps (RPT) were not used in accordance with instructions to power  3.5 cubic foot refrigerators.  Room 213 - A "UL" listed relocatable power tap (RPT) was not used in accordance with instructions to power three coffee pots.
