Employees stacked boxes of materials on metal shelving in a matter which did not allow for 18 inch clearance. a) Room 1022 - Materials were stored approximately 9 inches from sprinkler heads. b) Room 1066 - Cardboard boxes were stored approximately 9 inches from sprinkler heads. c) Room 1068 - Printer Cartridges stored approximately 6 inches from sprinkler heads. d) Room 1108 - Flammable containers and boxes stored approximately 3 inches from sprinkler heads.
