29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting roofing operations on residential structures. This was most recently documented at 3420 Bline Ave, Bellevue, Nebraska on August 1, 2018 when employees were observed installing weatherproofing materials to a residential structure while working greater than 6 feet above the ground without fall protection. The roof eve height was measured at 8' 6" and the pitch of the roof was 6:12.
