29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the residential construction site located at Lot 11, 94th & Fountain Hills Road, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of more than 21 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided/utilized. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 918268, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2010 Village Dr, Saint Joseph, Missouri. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1174289, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 20105 E.
