29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about July 31, 2018, throughout the construction site, employees engaged in framing operations were exposed to a 21-foot hazard without being trained in the recognition of fall hazards and procedures followed in order to minimize them.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: On or about July 31, 2018, at the southeast side of the construction, employees were exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard when the stairway used to gain access to the second floor was not equipped with at least one hand rail.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 31, 2018, at the north section of the construction, employees engaged in sheeting operations were exposed to a 21-foot fall hazard without means of fall protection. Oporta Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1255201, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 16487 Botaniko South, Lot 46, Weston, FL.
