29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone: On or about August 1, 2018, at the northeast side of the jobsite, employees engaged in installing blocks were exposed to a 22-foot fall hazard without means of fall protection. Easy Construction & Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1163022, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/12/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 145 Silver Beach Road, Lake Park Florida.
