29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof are utilizing fall protection. This most recently occurred on August 2, 2018 on the jobsite located at 221 Oakmont Dr, Papillion, NE 68133. The company owner and six employees were re-roofing a two-story residential house and not utilizing any form of fall protection. The roof pitches on the house ranged from eight in twelve to ten in twelve. Ground to eve height is approximately nineteen and a half feet.
