At 5218 Silver Star Rd, Orlando FL, at the east side of the McDonald's construction site, employees of a subcontractor were exposed a 6 foot fall hazard while using 8 single frame tubular welded scaffolds during exterior insulation and stucco work, in that, the scaffolding was not provided with cross braces at both sides, on or about 08/02/2018.
