29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Passenger Screening Table: A Staples relocatable power tap, was secured to a mobile equipment stand with 2 plastic bands which could only be removed by using a sharp knife or other sharp tool.   b) Delta Checked Baggage Screening Area: A 120 volt quad box used to provide power to 2 computer monitors  designed to be permanently mounted and was found to be lying loose on the floor.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable trays, cable armor, cable sheath, enclosures, frames, fittings, and noncurrent-carrying parts that are to serve as grounding conductors, with or without the use of supplementary equipment grounding conductors, were not effectively bonded where necessary to ensure electrical continuity and did not have the capacity to conduct safely any fault current likely to have been imposed on them:  a) Delta Checked Baggage Screening Area: A 120 volt flexible electrical cable providing power to a quad box had pulled away from the box exposing the insulated wires ; It was not effectively bonded.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  a) Delta checked Baggage Screening Area:  A 120 volt quad box used to provide power to computer equipment and monitors had a unused one inch opening on the bottom of the box exposing the insulated wires underneath.
