29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a) Southeast corner of Garage Area, Building #672. An exit door lead out to a set of exit steps which were blocked off from use due to them being unsafe, the exit door was not locked and it could be mistaken for a functioning exit during a fire or other emergency, there was no sign reading "Not and Exit" posted. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) East outer wall of Building #26 (Near the Paint Locker): A 120 volt electrical outlet was found with a weatherproof cover, when the cover was lifted it exposed bare live wires underneath. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
