29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) MILTON S. HERSHEY MEDICAL CENTER - An employee sustained an injury and was admitted to the hospital on July 17, 2018, and the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA until Jul 26, 2018. No abatement certification or documentation required. The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1214273, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 500 University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.
