29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations on the third level of the building were protected by a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards of approximately 30 feet to the ground below.   This condition was observed on/about 07 AUG 2018.        Etna Corporation, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164504, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/04/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1216 North 5th Street Philadelphia, PA 19123.  Etna Corporation, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1147085, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 413-415 Wallace Street Philadelphia, PA 19123.
