Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Exterior of Building - Roof: Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet while installing foam on the deck next to a parapet wall 16"-24" tall, on or about 6/9/18.

29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1): Foot traffic was not prohibited on stairways where the treads and/or landings of pan stairs were to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date and stairs were not temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material at least to the top edge of each pan. a) Interior Stairway - 1st Floor to 4th Floor: Employees engaged in roofing activities in the 4th floor were exposed to tripping hazards by utilizing the four story unfiled metal stairway to access the working area, on or about 6/9/18.
