29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1): Foot traffic was not prohibited on stairways where the treads and/or landings of pan stairs were to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date and stairs were not temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material at least to the top edge of each pan. a) Interior Stairway - 4th Floor: Employee engaged in roofing activities on the roof was exposed to tripping hazards by utilizing the fourth story unfiled metal stairway platform and steps to access the working area, on or about 2/22/19. AC Maintenance & Repairs LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336549, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/2/18, with respect to a workplace located at 1089 Main St., Paterson NJ.
