29 CFR 1926.501(b) (13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Roxeywood Park Subdivision, Lot 68H, 1994 Roxey Lane, Winder, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employee was not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking the 2x4 top plate installing roof trusses and prepping for floor joist, approximately 13 feet above ground level of the newly constructed residential home, on or about 08/08/18. b. Roxeywood Park Subdivision, Lot 11E, 1994 Roxey Lane, Winder, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employee was not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking the 2x4 top plate installing roof trusses and floor joist approximately 13 feet above ground level of the newly constructed residential home, on or about 08/08/18.
