29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) On or about 08/09/2018, in electrical room S15, electrical panel did not have sufficient space to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of electrical panel because there were construction materials blocking the panels exposing employees to electrical hazards in case of emergency. b) On or about 08/09/2018, in the sterile processing area, electrical panel did not have sufficient space to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of electrical panel because there was a cart blocking the panels exposing employees to electrical hazards in case of emergency.
