29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent) was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation: A.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC - On or about 8/9/18, and at times prior thereto, Column F on the OSHA 300 Injury and Illness log was not filled out with the details required. This occurred with cases 865630 and 866426 in Calendar year 2018. B.) Georgia Pacific Corrugated, LLC - On or about 8/9/18, and at times prior thereto, Colum E on the OSHA 300 Injury and Illness log was not properly filled out in that the column lists the part of the body injured instead of the location the injury occurred in the shop. This occurred with case 865630.
