29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) On or about 8/13/2025, at the Wet End Area by Single Phaser 1 & 2, employees were exposed to ingoing nip points due to the unguarded moving rolls when standing by the controls to feel the pressure of the paper.   b) On or about 8/13/2025, in the Bander Area, employees were exposed to an unguarded moving roller conveyor when the light curtains around the platforms of the conveyor leading to the Bander were not enabled, and alternate protection was not in place.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
