29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5), prior to permitting an employee to operate a power industrial truck: (Construction Reference: 1926.602(d)): At the jobsite located at 619 S. Ridge Rd. Wichita, KS 67209, an employee operating a Genie GTH-842 rough terrain forklift (#FL-12L-IA 06) and employees in the construction premises were exposed to struck by hazards in that the forklift operator had not completed the required training. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
