29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about August 10, 2018, at Lot 31B 3214 Ivy Farm Path, Buford, Georgia:    An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and materials of the employees working above him when he worked from the ground beneath them without wearing a hard hat.

On or about August 10, 2018, at Lot 31B, 3214 Ivy Farm Path, Buford, Georgia:    Three employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips and nails while operating nail guns without wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about August 10, 2018, at Lot 31B, 3214 Ivy Farm Path, Buford, Georgia:    Four employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11-12-feet when they worked from the top plate and at the unprotected edges of the house without using fall protection.    Firm Foundations, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1294822, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2018,with respect to a workplace located at 6335 Birchfield Trail, Cumming, Georgia.
