29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: a) Construction site, roof - On or about July 12, 2018, employees used multiple 5 gallon containers of flammable roofing adhesive without a fire extinguisher located within 50 feet.
