29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a.  On or about August 10, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns and leaf blower while performing roofing operations did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about August 10, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations, nine (9) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
