On or about March 31, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet ten (10) inches above the ground on the backside of the house, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about March 31, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
