29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) G11 pole: Mail trays and a garbage can were stored in a manner blocking access to the electrical panel in case of an emergency. DELETED AT INFORMAL (b) E21 pole: Large boxes were stored within 36 inches in front of the electrical panel, blocking access in case of an emergency. (c) C-12 Panel: A chain is preventing quick access to the electrical panel in case of an emergency. DELETED AT INFORMAL
