29 CFR 1910.141(d)(1): Washing facilities were not maintained in a sanitary condition: (a) ROOM 160- The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall and tiles under the sinks was moldy and dirty from water; exposing employees to health hazards. (b) ROOM 161- The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall under the paper towel dispense was moldy and dirty; exposing employees to health hazards. (c) ROOM 110- The janitorial closet was not kept clean and sanitary as the tiles around the wash basin were moldy and dirty. Several tiles had popped off due to water damage; exposing employees to health hazards. (d) ROOM 111- The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall and flooring under the soap dispenser was moldy and dirty; exposing employees to health hazards. (e) ROOM 67 - The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall and flooring under the sink was moldy and dirty; exposing employees to health hazards. (f) ROOM 66- The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall and flooring under the sink was moldy and dirty; exposing employees to health hazards. (g) ROOM 38C- The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall and flooring under the soap dispenser was moldy and dirty; exposing employees to health hazards. (h) ROOM 38B -The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall and flooring under the sink and in the stalls were moldy and dirty; exposing employees to health hazards. (i) ROOM 38A- The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall and flooring under the sinks and soap dispenser was moldy and dirty; exposing employees to health hazards. (j) ROOM 37A- -The bathroom was not kept clean and sanitary as the wall and flooring under the sink and in the stalls were moldy and dirty; exposing employees to health hazards.
