29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: JD Construction & Framing Inc. located at 5567 Sage Leaf Court, Brighton, CO 80602: On and preceding 11 August 2018, The employer did not ensure that the top of a step ladder was not used as a step. An employee was working on the interior of a new construction home securing wood panels from the inside while standing on the top of an 6' A-frame ladder. This exposed employees to falls from height.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): JD Construction & Framing Inc. located at 5567 Sage Leaf Court, Brighton, CO 80602: On and preceding 11 August 2018, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were framing and sheathing the roof without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees performing to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. JD Construction & Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278381, citation number 1, Item 2, issued February 26th, 2017 and became a final order on March 26th, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 9314 E. 105th Ave., Henderson, CO 80640.
