M.J.D. Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1314647, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2312 Robincrest Glenview, IL 60025. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
