Araujo Construction Corp., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1276134, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Woodland Estates @ IL Rt. 53 at Woodland, Addison, Illinois 60101. Araujo Construction Corp., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1189546, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 North Bell Ave., Chicago, Illinois 60622. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
