29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a. On or about August 14, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were conducting roofing operations twelve (12) feet two (2) inches above the ground. Inspections made by a competent person were not conducted to assure the employees were protected from falling, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
