29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) New residential construction located at Lot #1, Belmont Blvd. SE, Smyrna, GA 30080, West gable side: On or about August 15th, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 29 feet, 8 inches from the lower level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to the employees as they were installing siding onto a single-family residential structure while working from a pump jack scaffold.
