Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. b) On August 15, 2018 at American Samoa Power Authority Power Plant jobsite a written hazard communication program was not developed or implemented for employees who worked with hazardous chemicals such as paints and coatings. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. c) On August 20, 2018 at the new construction warehouse jobsite a written hazard communication program was not developed or implemented for employees who worked with hazardous chemicals such as Portland cement and compressed gases of oxygen and acetylene. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. d) On August 23, 2018 at the LBJ Hospital jobsite, a written hazard communication program was not developed or implemented for employees who worked with hazardous chemicals such as paints and coatings. Paramount Builders Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908814, citation number 3, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on December 13, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at the Samoa Tuna Processor Warehouse, Pago Pago, American Samoa.
