29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 101 - 115 Meridian Lane, Sewell NJ: An employee, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below when walking and working from pitched roofs when performing siding installation and other related activities. Condition observed on or about 08/18/18.
