(b)  On or about August 10, 2018, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while installing a vapor barrier wrap on a residential building under construction, in excess of six feet above the lower working surface, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place.     Danielle Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1244378, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3881 Horse Gulch Loop, Colorado Springs, CO.
