29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 08/15/18, during the construction of the new KFC facility, located on 4665 Lake Road, in Brockport, New York, an employee installing framing on the east side exterior wall, 14 feet above ground level, was not tied off with a lanyard while working in the boom basket of an articulating aerial lift (JLG). NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.150(a)(2): Access to all available firefighting equipment was not maintained at all times: (a) On or about 08/15/18, during the construction of the new KFC facility, located on 4665 Lake Road, in Brockport, New York, a fire extinguisher was not readily available to employees working around the supply trailer where a portable gasoline container was located in close proximity (within 8ft.) of a running air compressor (ignition source).
