Employees were exposed to injuries to the eyes and the face while using a Hitachi brand pneumatic nail gun without the use of eye protection.

At a worksite located at 500 Wengona Pl, Lee's Summit, MO: Employees were exposed to a fall hazards. Employee were exposed to a fall of approximately 9 feet to the ground below in that a opening in the floor had not been covered or provided with any means of protective system to prevent a fall.
