29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On and about August 14, 2018 at 3701 Bienville Street, New Orleans, LA 70119 the employer failed to ensure an employee working on a surface with unprotected sides wore fall protection. The employee was approximately 20ft. above the ground.
