These include: (A): An exposure determination required by paragraph (c)(2); (B): The procedure for the evaluation of circumstances surrounding exposure incidents as required by paragraph (f)(3)(i).

29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: Facility: When an employee was instructed to clean human blood and blood-contaminated debris from a slicing machine post-industrial accident, the employer did not ensure that the employee received training prior to starting the task. This training must include the requirements included in 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A) through (N).
